2. Is “Efexa1000” a dealing desk broker?
No. “Efexa1000” is the ONLY broker that quickly and efficiently executes your orders on the basis of a contractual relationship with the largest liquidity providers and banks in the Forex market. “Efexa1000” is RESPONSIBLE to immediately send your orders to third parties. We only get fees from your trades. The better you trade, the better for us so “Efexa1000” and the Client are mutually interconnected, both-profitable business.

3. What kind of services does “Efexa1000” provide?
“Efexa1000” is an international trading company dealing ONLY with the provision of services on the forex market. We provide access to the interbank forex market, including major and smaller world currencies

4. How can I open free demo account?
To open a Standard Demo account, click HERE or one of the “Open Demo Account” Buttons anywhere on the site, then fill out the registration form.
Your demo account is good for 30 calendar days from the date of opening.

5. How can I open a live account with “Efexa1000”?
Opening a live account with us is quick and easy. Click HERE or one of the “Open Live Account” Buttons anywhere on the site, then fill out the straightforward registration form.
After you enter your information, you will receive an email with your account login, passwords, PIN code and Meta Trader 4 Platform server.

6. What documents do I need to provide to “Efexa1000” in order to verify a Live account?
You will need an Identity Card (Citizen Card or Passport) and a Proof of your address (electricity, gas or mobile operator). Once you have received the login information in the Client Portal, you can send the scanned documents through it.

7. How can I deposit money to my account?
You need to have money in your live account in order to start trading. Send money quickly and easily using one of the following methods through the Client Portal:

  • Bank wire transfer
  • Credit card deposit

8. How can I withdraw my money?
Simply fill out the selection form in the Client Portal. Withdrawals are processed within 1 business day.

9. Do you accept U.S. clients ?
Unfortunately not.
“Efexa1000” welcomes clients from across the globe, but US CTFC regulations prevent us from working with US clients at this time.

10. Do I have to make a certain number of transactions each month? How long I can keep my account inactive if I’m not trading?
“Efexa1000” has not set the minimum number of transactions requested for account maintenance and We do not deactivate accounts for inactivity! In addition, you can have up to 100 trades open at the same time. If you want to get a favorable interest rate of 5% p.a. It is necessary to make a turnover of 0.1% Lot from your deposit per month.
